TC11.1 - Working with “My Personal Data Type” according to GDPR

Goal

Working with My Personal Data Type according to GDPR

Prerequisites

Using a PC or Mobile with a web browser. You need credentials to access into the Snap4City Portal.

The following functionalities are available only for specific Snap4city users with specific privileges.

Expected successful result

For each IOT App:

  • Browse throw the collected data
  • Remove the collected data
  • Download the collected data
  • Add or remove delegation to one, a group or all user

Steps

 

 

Please note that some of the following links could be accessible only for registered users.

  1. Access to the snap4city platform by authenticating 
  2. Select My Profile -> My personal data type item from the left side MENU (https://www.snap4city.org/drupal/myprofiledata ) which will you redirect to the page depicted in the following figure

  1. To view or edit Personal Data Types about profile and blogs, click con “My Profile data and blogs”
    1. In the “All you data” tab registration data are shown (See Figure below)
    2. In the “Edit” tab a form for uploading picture, changing password or delete the account are presented (See Figure Below)

  1. To manage the Personal Data Type regarding IOT App, click on My personal data IOT App on the My personal Data Type main page. A page with the list of application owned is displayer as Figure below

  1. By clicking on the IOT application name the following page is loaded. The user can easily accommodate the view of the data stored by setting the number of entries, sort per variable name, value etc … and search. 

 

  1. According to the GDPR the user could remove this data by clicking on “Remove”  Button

 

  1. The user could also download its data in csv format by clicking on “Download”  Button.

  1. The user could delegate another system user by his registration mail

  1. The user could delegate ALL the user by ticking the “Make Public Option” in this case no valid mail is required 

  1. The user could track its action on Personal Data Type

  1. The user could track the other user access on its data by the following view

  1. According to the GDPR use could request to be forget in all snap4city tools by clicking on “Forget Me all” button.
