Steps |
Snap4City portal is based on Drupal 7 CMS and has been designed as a point for accessing documentation and help pages for the users and stakeholders.
To access to documentation the registered user has to:
- Enter in Snap4City Portal and log in
- Scroll down in the main left column menu and click on
- Help and contacts to see contact details and to send a direct request via an online form
- Documentation and Articles to open submenus with links to specific webpages explaining the different functionalities and tools of snap4city.
- Help and Contacts contains three submenus:
- Help Desk, a page containing contact information about snap4city team

- Contact Us, a page to send a request via a preformed online form
- FAQ page
The menu item Documentation and Articles provide access to a number of submenu, as shown in the following image.
- Clicking a submenu in the list, a new page of the snap4city portal is shown.
- Each page contains the direct link to the tool, a description of the tool(s), images and link to specific user manual and additional documentation and articles.
- The Snap4City portal has a full text search functionality that simplify the search of terms. The search field is on the top right of each page.
- Content and articles recently modified are shown on a list in the right column, below the search field. In this manner users can have a look to the new or updated content published on the portal.
