Goal	The registered user can contribute on the blog and add comments
Prerequisites	The user is registered and logged in the system. The following functionalities are available only for specific Snap4city users with specific privileges.

Please note that some of the following links could be accessible only for registered users.

• Enter in Snap4city portal and login;
• The Snap4City portal main page is opened by default;

• On the top right corner of the page, the Collaboration and Blog menu item is available.

• it is the area where users can post comments and ask for clarifications about the different tools and arguments. It presents the following topic:
  • Blog
  • General Discussion
  • Dashboards
  • Developer Dashboard
  • Web and Mobile Applications
  • IOT Applications
  • Advanced Smart City API
  • Infrastructure, Scaling, Robustness
  • Privacy and Security
  • FAQ

• It is possible to Create a new blog entry by clicking the green button at the top of the Blog page (1).
• Also, each topic presents the possibility to Add a new comment (2).

• Each blog webpage, provide to user the possibility to add a new comment.
